The original door to door sales people made me feel at ease in explaining the free estimate and explanation of services. The sales person who came in and did the estimates was amazing! I called the company and spoke to Nick who stated that I would receive a return call regarding my issues. I have yet to receive that return call to schedule someone to come out and handle the problem. Power Home Remodeling completed a huge job for me in 2020, including all new windows, siding and a French Door amounting to over $35,000. The windows and siding look beautiful; however I have had major issues with the French Doors since the install 18 months ago.
It does not make sense but I have no way to fight them. The document that I got only had the final number, not the detail price for each item. We knew that we needed windows but did not think we were ready to take the plunge. Power is too big of a company with too many people to be able to handle your project personally, especially when something goes wrong.
